Your main point of contact (POC) for each of our services is the Mayple Expert that you've chosen for the project. In addition, once you are matched to your expert, you will be introduced to your Growth Strategist and they will be your trusted advisor who will support you for your entire journey with Mayple.
The SDR will integrate within your CRM, which allows you to directly monitor their performance. You will also have access to a feed on Mayple where the SDR will provide a weekly report
You can interview your SDR as many times as you wish before starting. No campaigns will begin until you have complete confidence and click the ‘approve’ button in the Mayple platform.
Because we take the matching process seriously! We want you to scale, and we want you to do it with the best fit expert by your side. While you're waiting to be matched, we make sure the project is properly aligned with the expert through the algorithm and an additional verification carried out by our matching team.
Our AI-powered algorithm uses 25-50 matching factors that we collect during the vetting process, plus a deep analysis of your business to match you with your marketing expert. Statistically, this process is more accurate than any human decision making process. To help us do this, we use the marketing brief and information gathered during your 1 on 1 meeting with your dedicated Growth Strategist.
You will only be billed after you approve the expert. You will meet them first to discuss your business and their qualifications and then make a decision. In case you don't approve the expert we will be recommend to you another expert based on your preferences.
We only accept 1% of candidates, and check over 100 parameters to ensure all of our SDR's are the best of the best. All candidates go through a rigorous recruiting process including background check, tech setup, industry experience, sales experience, two sales simulations (LinkedIn and email), tech and CRM experience, reference checks and EQ personality tests.
