The Challenge

Action Sheds are an established garden and rural shed supplier based in Western Australia.

While they had achieved strong growth from their PPC campaigns, they had started to plateau as more competitors flooded into the Google Ads auctions and started to drive up prices.

The Process

The first goal was to bring down the client's acquisition costs by improving ROI from their PPC channels.

The entire Google Ads account was restructured to more tightly focus on their most profitable keywords and minimise wasted ad spend.

Google shopping was rolled out and started to supplement their search campaign performance and drive considerable cost savings.

Bing Ads were also added into the mix to take advantage of reduced competition and cheaper acquistion costs.

Within the space of 6 months, acquistion costs from PPC had plummeted by 60% freeing up more budget to push into new channels like Facebook and SEO to help drive additional growth.

3D Printing Tech

I worked with 3D printing tech, a 3D printing shop out of Atlanta focusing on 3D production and manufacturing. Having had some success with digital, they were looking for a way to refine their paid strategy to focus exclusively on an industrial commercial buyer profile, as opposed to individuals with small/singular printing jobs. By refining our targeting and leveraging audience strategy to only focus spend on B2B traffic, we were able to increase the new sale conversion rate 75%.
