The Challenge

Local Market are a digital agency that offer Google Ads, SEO, Digital Content Creation and Paid ads. As they offer a huge amount of services our first challenge was finding our audience, using Meta as our main platform. We needed to locate businesses who needed one or all of these services and had to do it using a much smaller budget than most agencies would have to work with. We also had limited access to top quality content, so had to make do with a small amount of ads, focusing on testing copy rather than content.

The Process

I was employed as the Facebook Ads expert and Digital Ads Manager. I planned, executed and managed the entire Facebook and Instagram Ads digital strategy.

As all Branding campaign, the challenge was to get as much Reach as possible with a limited frequency (4-5), a low CPM and a good engagement.

Facebook usually prevents ad content that put forward comparison between 2 products and saying one is "the best one" the former one is not "good" anymore and so....

During our initial analysis of the company we identified the following challenges:



  • Lead Generation from Facebook Ads was incurring a high overall cost. However, the number of sign-ups and the click-through rate were not satisfactory;
  • To improve quality scores and lower costs, we needed to create optimised landing pages but the website was a bespoke build and was extremely limited;
  • A need to improve the number of conversions without increasing the budget due to constraints.
