ROAS

Corvex

Corvex came to us with a goal of launching a new mobile product in their mobile application. Corvex sells a software application that frontline workers can use on their iPads or Android/Mobile devices when at the workplace, in either a food processing plant or assembly line type factory. The goal of the application is to safely track frontline workers at the workplace and give them the Corvex Connected solution that helps each employee and their teams stay safe, agile and flexible with real-time data and checklists. This was launching right at the height of COVID-19 and became very intriguing to many businesses looking for quick solutions to keep their workers employed, but at a safe "6-feet apart" distance.

This brand was doing a lot of client acquisition through FB ads but didn’t have anything set up for the customer experience in the backend. They were leaving a lot of money on the table paying for customer acquisition but weren’t nurturing their leads and customers.

Raw Fountain Juice

Prior to working with DIDO AGENCY, their profit margins were typically strong, but they weren't fully utilizing their network of previous buyers. Raw Fountain Juice discovered that in order to stay in touch with customers between transactions, it needed to improve its marketing efforts.

Ninja Kitchen Australia

The brand was struggling to improve the ROAS of their online store above 300%, after getting a taste of 800 - 900% during the pandemic, when people being stuck at home all day every day was beneficial to a brand like theirs. The brand was already familiar to consumers who were used to seeing it at stores like Harvey Norman and Kmart, but now could no longer shop at those stores. Another challenge was not being able to offer discounts on their products deeper than the stockist retailer were offering.


The target ROAS was 500 - 600%. The channels they were using were Facebook/Instagram Ads and Google Ads.  Facebook was an area of concern as they did not see consistent returns there, although the channel very well during lockdowns.
