Cross Tower is a trading platform for crypto. They have a consumer and a B2B division.
Their challenge was to move their marketing from where it was (stagnant) to being an active part of the company. They were looking to grow their visibility in the market place and their customer base.
I was brought on as a growth marketer to create the MarTech setups, develop the strategy and framework, and start executing on the strategy.
I analyzed what they had currently set up and created a game plan based upon the best practices. They were missing a solid SEO & content strategy. Their emails were haphazard. All blog content was on a separate domain, which did not give them Google juice credit for the great content. Their YLYM and EAT setup was not great. Ads were difficult because they were a trading desk, so we were limited to testing platforms to see where we could advertise.

The client contacted us with a problem that he does not see results from paying to the digital agency their monthly fee. It seems that something is working, but how much it helps to increase sales they did not know ...
In fact, this is a very typical situation.
The client needed a comprehensive promotion in Google ads, Facebook, as well as SEO. Our main task was to increase online sales.
For a better understanding of their online sales funnel first of all we worked hard to integrate all systems with the Google Data Studio service and we build a KPI dashboard.
In order we and the client can see what they pay money for and that every shekel spent, positively affects sales Due to which the client clearly sees how much money was spent on digital advertising, as well as the amount of profit,% and traffic breakdown by various sources.
