Cross Tower is a trading platform for crypto. They have a consumer and a B2B division.
Their challenge was to move their marketing from where it was (stagnant) to being an active part of the company. They were looking to grow their visibility in the market place and their customer base.
I was brought on as a growth marketer to create the MarTech setups, develop the strategy and framework, and start executing on the strategy.
I analyzed what they had currently set up and created a game plan based upon the best practices. They were missing a solid SEO & content strategy. Their emails were haphazard. All blog content was on a separate domain, which did not give them Google juice credit for the great content. Their YLYM and EAT setup was not great. Ads were difficult because they were a trading desk, so we were limited to testing platforms to see where we could advertise.

This was a spiritual store with both a brick-and-mortar store (in Georgia) as well as an online store. Additionally, the client had a subscription box. The client wished to increase subscriptions to her monthly box as well as increase sales.
When we met the client, the lifetime value for the subscription box was low. It was underpriced and many people canceled after a month or 2. We worked to help increase the price and improve lifetime value with higher quality traffic.
The website was also confusing and disorganized. We helped to make the website organized and more user-friendly.
Last, we created a full-funnel to attract a cold audience and warm it up. Towards the end of our time with this client, we were able to convince them to trial a weekly sale (on Mondays) to improve average order value.

Tucked away in the heart of North Carolina, the U.S. National Whitewater Center, a nonprofit organization, thrives on an unwavering commitment to fostering outdoor access for all. Their mission is as grand as it is noble: to build resilient communities through the promotion of healthy and active lifestyles, environmental stewardship, and the celebration of family and civic togetherness. The Whitewater Center understands that we all share a common genetic code compelling us to explore the great outdoors and share these experiences with others. Their approach is simple yet profound: make connecting with nature compelling and accessible, and extend an open invitation to all. This is the story of how Mayple helped revolutionize their approach to email marketing, turning it into a catalyst for more profound connections with their audience.
