HealthyUp's founder had spent a couple of years testing consumer response to the product she had developed for menopause relief by selling primarily on Amazon. Having gathered positive feedback from a few dozen customers, she wanted to launch her own e-commerce business but was a sole proprietor with limited direct-to-consumer experience. She called on me to help her put all the foundational elements in place to position the company for growth.

ACCO Brands was looking to increase revenue through their email channel. The challenge was to create new revenue using the existing revenue channel and existing clients in which a new system/process can be developed and deployed across all 5 of ACCO's child brands.

Nightwatch is a software company that provides SEO tools for a relatively saturated market. They are still working through their messaging and their clarity on their offer was missing at the point they started PPC. They knew they needed a presence as their buyer churn was slowly creeping and their acquisitions had leveled off.

1. Ensuring ad spend is used efficiently.
2. Verifying that tracking is done properly, given that Vant Panels sells free samples, tracking those are super important.
3. Growing revenue. We've seen too often where flourishing brands find it tough to break through new self imposed ceilings in their ad accounts.
