APK Home Decore was launching a brand new Shopify store in a competitive market. Not only were they competing against other giants in their industry (personalized wall art/photographic printing) but also against hoards of similar products available through marketplaces like Amazon and Etsy.
The challenge was to break through the competition and drive the value of their service through to customers to begin capturing a share of the market.
We began by conducting a full Conversion Rate Optimization audit and making a action list of items to improve. We also developed a testing and analysis framework for the changes we were unsure of and implemented a test-and-learn environment across the key aspects of the site (home page, product page, checkout flow).
Simultaneously we researched the market and produced strong copy and creative to support advertising initiatives.
With the site ready for traffic we began with Google and Facebook ads under a rigourous testing methodology. We launched several campaigns with dozons of ads each month, learning and iterating. Within 2 months we achieved the clients ROAS goals and scaled advertising spend.

Afimilk was about to launch a set of new apps for their automation platform, and I wrote the entire product line text by creating taglines, landing pages, PPC campaigns, website, and social media content. I worked closely with the Director of Marketing, Director of Products, and The Product Marketing Manager to develop the right tone of voice.
