Summergrove Halls are a hotel and restaurant based in Cumbria. They had used various other channels in the past to try and drive growth of both room and restaurant bookings but found all were unsuccessful. They had a niche audience of walkers, people working on nearby projects and people visiting the nearby hospital.
This Award Winning Hair Salon needed to drive more traffic and bookings to grow the business at their primary location while launching a new location in a neighboring city. The ask was to grow sales in both locations while minimizing the cnabalization of customers from their existing database.
Funded startup (including Shark tank) in the health & wellness space. Negative sentiment content was surfacing in search results for their brand keywords which was ultimately causing a poor online reputation and lack of trust/credibility with target users. No strategic SEO roadmap in place for non-brand organic traffic growth.
