
Client was lacking in pages written in English and also was not having enough of back-then English-written articles and posts ranking in Google. There were grammatical, spelling mistakes in terms of the English-language. They were also in need to minimise the visitors' bounce rate and were very much in need of more backlinks from domain and pages with high DA and PA. They also wished to outrank their competitors in terms of many keywords that they weren't ranking for.

SendGrid was a well-established email API frequently used by businesses for transactional email use cases, attempting to break into the email marketing space with an email marketing campaign. After around two years of struggling to break into email marketing, marketing leaders were interested in a way to build more content marketing traffic to the site via organic search channels. Problem was, email marketing is an extremely difficult vertical for content marketing.

The strategy
I began by leveraging the client’s existing data and Google’s machine learning algorithm to ensure that we’re targeting users most likely to convert. The goal was to feed the algorithm with the best data possible so we could go after new customers searching for non-branded terms.
After sufficiently utilizing campaign structures to segment the customer journey map in Google Ads, I began a substantial increase in ad spend to scale this account while maintaining an optimal ROAS.
Once we established a great search ads structure, we began to move higher in the funnel utilizing Google display, discovery and video campaigns for new customer acquisition.
The brand is a startup launching everyday comfortable work clothing for females right in the midst of the pandemic.
We take the time to build up traction through PR/Facebook/Google at low spend keeping ROAS at cash flow positive. Working closely with the founder to build amazing creative content to push as content is king.
As thing progressed we scale from $0 revenue to $100k/month today just on DTC alone (excluding retailer). Marketing spend went from $25/day to $500/day.
While in July 2021-now most brand who ran on FB/IG has issue with iOS 14.5 - we are scaling and growing due to our preparedness with the right content and marketing strategy in place to make it works.
