The Challenge

Gift of the month clubs can be viewed as cheap or low quality gifting options. Clubs Galore had over 40 gourmet gift options but needed to streamline messaging, improve conversion rates and attract a customer base beyond Christmas and Father's Day.

The Process

I was brought on by the investing VC firm to drive EBITA and establish a solid, year round customer base that would make the previously family owned business as attractive as possible for resale. We started with basic paid search campaign refinements and quickly moved through a full site redesign, search engine optimization, digital campaign expansion and product bundling to increase average order value.
