The results were amazing. The market fit was instant. I scaled the shop to the moon from the very beginning up to 7K a day in ad spend (My own money).

It was a 1 product store and very seasonal, so when winter finished, I moved on to another store.

The Challenge

I had never sold shoes before but I saw an opportunity in the Vegan boot market (trending at that moment) so I created a Drop-shipping Store targeting the Spanish market.

The Process

I started by using high-quality pictures from the supplier and started running ads in Meta.

The Solution

The results were amazing. The market fit was instant. I scaled the shop to the moon from the very beginning up to 7K a day in ad spend (My own money).

It was a 1 product store and very seasonal, so when winter finished, I moved on to another store.

Imperial Tea

Imperial Tea is a premium tea company started almost 30 years ago, and family run. As a family run business, Imperial Tea has acquired a very loyal community of fans and customers. True tea connoisseurs shop at Imperial Tea, in part for the premium quality they offer, but also to continue connecting with the founders that lead tea tasting sessions and education. The entire Imperial Tea experience is unique. While the majority of their sales have been generated by their tea house in San Francisco, they have been trying to expand their online stores sales.

When Imperial Tea reached out to us, they were looking for a team of marketers that truly understand the boutique nature of their business. Unlike mainstream tea companies, Imperial Tea’s social media content had to lead with education in order to continue offering the same quality of service to their existing audience, while growing their community of premium tea lovers.

Sales

HearGift

I co-built HearGift from zero to $1.5M in sales in 18 months. As a small hearing aid company in a sea of giants, we had to put our most creative hats on to bootstrap the company and gain a loyal client base. Aside from leveraging Facebook advertising and email marketing to generate sales, what we are most proud of is the ability to build a trustworthy and transparent company, with owners who were not afraid to be on camera, offer transparency and candid engagement with our customers. With this, we have a built a reputation of one of the most caring hearing aid companies in the world, changing thousands of lives. Our over 300 5-star reviews show that and it's one of our greatest achievements.

Key achievements:

  • $1.27m in sales in the first 18 months, with an advertising spend of $428,302 (Facebook)
  • $233,473 in sales with an advertising spend of $32,675 (Google)
  • return customer rate of 10% (hearing aids are usually a one-time purchase)
  • over 200 - 5 star reviews, dozens of video testimonials
