  • Framed a strategy on how we can overcome the competition
  • Used flash coupons sales instead of always on coupons which attracted majority of new users to try the app.
  • Re-branded videos where customers talk about their experiences and we revised the videos to taste of common man instead of using high end models
  • Focused on gaining new users as CPFO (Cost per first order) was a very important KPI because Faasos had very good user retention.
