The Challenge is a financial services comparison website that provides comparison details for vehicle and home insurance and financial products. I managed a team of two digital marketing executives and I was responsible for a monthly multi-million dollar budget, integrating paid media strategies into performance marketing plans. Part of my responsibilities were managing campaigns, optimizing the funnels and reporting.

The Process

I completely restructured all paid search accounts, by reducing their size drastically, increasing their efficiency (my team was able to spend less time managing day-to-day tasks, and more time focusing on the overall strategy of their accounts), and improving the conversion rate and conversion volume, while decreasing CPCs and CPAs.
