1. Bringing a product to market requires months of strategy and research into the target market. Slinger Bag hit the market for the first time with their portable tennis ball launcher, so our understanding of the U.S. tennis player and general consumer sports goods market was imperative. The product was also set to launch in the U.K, which required a separate strategy.  
2. Generating brand awareness, especially for a new brand, requires an essential mix of paid search and social campaigns and an effectively designed landing page to optimize traffic for sales. 
3. COVID-19 initially shut down manufacturing and continued to add unforeseen manufacturing and shipping delays throughout 2020

Clublender offers on-demand golf club rentals across the US delivered to you. They rent high-end clubs for avid golfers not wanting to go through the hassle of shipping their own clubs with them. We found one of our bigger challenges was people didn't know our product offering even existed. Shipping was also a major cost that had to be dealt with.

Work to get the Water For People non profit applied to the Google Grants program ($10k/mo ad spend cap) and long term, get them accepted to the Google Grants Pro ($40k/mo cap).

During our initial analysis of the company we identified the following challenges:

• Lead Generation from Facebook Ads was incurring a high overall cost. However, the number of sign-ups and the click-through rate were not satisfactory;
• To improve quality scores and lower costs, we needed to create optimised landing pages but the website was a bespoke build and was extremely limited;
• A need to improve the number of conversions without increasing the budget due to constraints.
