The Challenge

Khalsa 1699 Watches is an e-Commerce brand that sells timepieces (watches).

They were inspired by the 320th anniversary of the founding of the revered Khalsa movement.

In their own words, "To wear a Khalsa 1699 timepiece is to embody the spririt of freedom - to be free from hate and fear.".

They're based in Australia and ship worldwide.


  • They were finding that their ads are getting very cheap “add to cart” results, however, drop off rates are quite high.
  • Checkout conversion rate was about 0.2%
  • They wanted to increase cart to purchase rate

We performed a high impact audit for them identifying their greatest conversion bottlenecks.

Throughout the audit, we found a handful of issues on the website that were outside the scope of work. Although we didn’t include them in the audit, we did assemble that into a google doc and summarized them in bullets. Why not?!
