And the craziest thing is we are not done, we are continuing to add new flows and optimize old flows... optimizing our campaign copy, design, and even send times. I am excited to see what this account will look like in the upcoming months!
This brand didn't have an Email Marketing or SMS Marketing strategy in place before partnering with us. A challenge we faced was that their brand was built on sales. The audience didn't want to purchase unless it was a discount or some sort of incentive. It was a long process to make this brand not reliant on just sales, and it is still a challenge we face. But by nurturing customers and subscribers and providing them with value-based emails, we were able to change the way customers shopped at KynCare!
We created everything from scratch. We used Klaviyo for email marketing, flows, and campaigns. And we used Postscript for the new subscriber popup and SMS marketing automation and campaigns. We are in charge of strategy, campaign planning, copy, design, and implementation.
