Project scope: create cart recovery, subscriber welcome, and thank you sequences + monthly emailing 2-4x/month

  • consistent 30% email open rates on our customer list
  • consistent 20% open rates on our subscriber list
  • consistent excellent benchmark performance on: CTR, unsubscribe rates, bounce rates

The Process

Our client had a list of 7k subscribers and customers they never emailed prior to employing our team.

We created and deployed an email marketing flow funnel for the following:

  • cart recovery - with an average open rate of 45% and an average 5% extra revenue generated for the company
  • customer thank you (different sequences for repeat and new customers) - with an average open rate of 35%. This sequence is responsible for 5-8 weekly unboxing videos generated by our customers that have increased our social media numbers significantly. Through this sequence we have also created a community of engaged fan on our Facebook group that has grown from 0 to 2k members in just 3 months. We are currently monetizing the group
  • subscriber welcome - with an average open rate of 20%, this flow is responsible for generating 5% of our revenue

Our team also delivers 2-4 monthly emails responsible for at least 10% of extra revenue generated for the company. As of July 2021 we started delivering SMS marketing and in our first month we gained 600 new subscribers on our SMS list and we generated $18k in SMS revenue.

New Choice Homes

Like most industries, the building industry is VERY competitive. Builders often have very high marketing budgets and utilize this spend on SEO + ads via established agencies.

The reason why they came to us over other agencies is that we're an agency owned and run by digital marketers, not salespeople.

In a competitive market, it is very hard to find a solution that makes you stand out - we know that you don't win at marketing by following the crowd.

New Choice Homes wanted innovation and clever ideas rather than simply rolling out a standard search campaign and SEO plan.
