The Challenge

Previously known as Octus, Recruitment Boost is an HR Tech platform, enabling recruiters to seamlessly manage leads, opportunities and candidates. They came to us needing help with their rebrand to re-engage existing customers and attract new clients in new markets. Once the rebrand was complete, they also needed support with their communications to achieve the business' goals.

The Process

Over the course of this engagement, we supported the company in many ways to relaunch with their new branding. In terms of communications, this included channels such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Email marketing and blogging.

As part of this, we also had to position the new team and CEO of the company by crafting compelling messaging to position the transition in the right way, making customer feel confident and secure despite the changes they were seeing.

The Solution

The rebrand from Octus to Recruitment Boost was very well received by customers! It opened the door to re-engage past customers, leading to positive feedback, and new leads to drive the business forward in existing and new target markets.
