They were getting poor results with Facebook & Instagram ads

My client CQURE Academy was a successful online education platform for cybersecurity professionals. When I took over the project it was its 3rd year existence.

The challenge I had was the speed of the growth for the new season with the existing courses (products).

The main challenge and barrier were to turn a powerful offline process into an almost entirely self-service one. After many studies, we have seen that the public is familiar with the old way of measuring and physically reaching the store. some say it's a breakthrough in the online medical e-com industry. 

I provided social media management and email marketing for this client. We worked on brand awareness and took a very product/ service based approach to the marketing strategy since the main goal was to get people to book a service to come into the spa. In the spa and online we push products we knew those customers were loved. We had great success with my social media and email marketing assistance!
