The biggest challenge with this client was conversion tracking because of HIPAA compliance. Their product needed to be HIPAA compliant which means we cannot place any third-party javascript on the website to track people who enter their web platform.
This account was all about implementing simple best practices such as budget management, and optimal campaign structure and maximizing assets such as extensions. It had scaled very fast on a campaign structure that was bringing in unqualified traffic and allowing spend for keywords that were irrelevant. My role is to manage and direct strategy on Facebook and Google Ads.

This customer was running lead generation campaigns that fed the leads into their custom-built CRM, to be contacted by call centre staff. The call centre reps would then convert the leads into sales over the phone, sometimes over several calls. That data would go into the CRM also, but not connected to the original lead. Leads came in via website forms as well as phone calls, so tracking inbound phone call leads was essential as well. They had a call tracking system built by a previous agency that they needed to migrate away from.
The challenge was to be able to feed sales data back into Google Ads so that the campaigns could be optimized to the actual revenue, as opposed to just the CPL. The call tracking also needed to be migrated to another platform.
Cine packs was struggling to create profitable campaigns and often broke even for their digital products on Facebook and wanted to increase their ROAS to atleast a 3x. They also wanted to launch ads for their new eCommerce store to sell physical products. Moreover, they were not sure about tracking and needed someone to separate their free downloads from their paid downloads.
