I helped this brand launch their eCommerce store and set up Klaviyo for them. They are a natural supplement brand and have preworkout and protein power with the right amount of stimulants. The customer profile is someone who is health-conscious and doesn't want anything extra in their body. The biggest challenge we faced was that this was a new brand. Our goal is to get people use to Klaviyo emails and be open to them as this is a consumable product.

The client, an e-learning company dedicated to training medical professionals in critical life support, had seen its organic traffic decline significantly over several years, and wanted to rebuild the channel as a key part of their business going forward. Conversion Media was engaged to develop and execute a new content marketing plan that could make them competitive in organic search again.

Michelle wanted to build a Podcast and Instagram community around learning the French language as an adult, as she was living in Paris and found it difficult to access easy resources which would help her acquire fluency faster. She particularly wanted to focus on high quality audio resources.
