We were launching a campaign where we wanted to generate a lot of buzz around a special limited edition release life jacket and sell out quickly. The life jacket is one of our rescue vests, so we were catering to our core cheerleader audience and wanted to give them access to something special.

Calian is a large B2B/B2G professional services company, publicly traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange. When I started with Calian in early 2019, they had a Drupal 7 website that had been somewhat neglected and had technical issues, and the design and content were overall unimpressive, and not representative of a strong brand with an umbrella of highly specialized solutions. They were also lacking a social media strategy, appropriate analytics tracking, marketing automation and a modern CRM solution.
For Singapore Grand Prix, the tickets always sell out, but the challenge was to sell out as soon as possible, by targeting and reaching those who are more likely to purchase the tickets. This required optimizing the media channels and targeting in order to increase online transactions and reducing the cost per transaction.
