Atlassian, a B2B workplace collaboration software company, was heading towards a cloud-first future where it needed to move its marketing processes from being focused on high-touch single product journeys to now self-serve (user onboards on their own), low-touch (light chat support based on bronze/silver status) and high-touch (gold status, enterprise customers) across many products and apps.
The technology, marketing and sales teams were misaligned, and looked for a partner who could speak marketing + sales + technology, which was the role I played. My responsibility was in leading product managers and program managers to enable strategies in lifecycle marketing (prospects growth, lead acquisition, nurture programming, conversion and retention) and move freemium users through the upgrade path, with the goal of activating low-CAC flywheel marketing.
Conducted stakeholder and user interviews, achieved senior stakeholder buy-in, kicked off requirements gathering, design and solution, then implementation and project management throughout the delivery processes.

Veronica M is a Los Angeles-based women’s fashion brand specializing in boho maxi dresses and jumpsuits. They had a successful wholesale business, but no ecommerce website. I was contracted to launch their ecommerce business, grow their following, and create a new profit center for their company.
Summergrove Halls are a hotel and restaurant based in Cumbria. They had used various other channels in the past to try and drive growth of both room and restaurant bookings but found all were unsuccessful. Summergrove Halls' challenge was their location, whilst adjacent to the Lake District was too far to be a viable selling point and the hotel was functional rather than boutique or luxury. They had a niche audience of walkers, people working on nearby projects and people visiting the nearby hospital.
In a health conscious world of consumers switching from sugary sodas to water and teas, Mountain Dew has always found ways to grow within the category. However, despite it's growth, Dew has struggled to recruit new drinkers into the brand and specifically having difficulties recruiting multicultural targets, even with a marquee partnership with the NBA. My work as Account Director at Ten35, the Cultural Agency Of Record, helped the brand gain relevance with a revamped recruitment strategy, redefined creative target and developed the creative articulation of new strategic idea.
