I worked with the DTC business in the US to connect the consumer experience across its physical tasting room, website, subscription and phone sales channels. I was responsible for the functional roadmap for marketing and eCommerce DTC.

The Process

My process involved leading the omnichannel consumer experience and marketing transformation for TWE, where I was responsible for product vision, roadmap and delivery incorporating: Discovery phase, leading user research, UX/UI, customer journey mapping, RFP, sourcing, vendor selection, contract negotiation, business case approval and requirements definition.
