With the help of the scaling campaign we were able to generate over $10k in sales for the first month, and are continually hitting $20k & $30k months with the help of the scaling campaigns. Since they were not running ads before we started, we essentially increase their ROAS from 0 to 6x.

The Challenge

Dr.Thrower's is a skin care brand that specifically helps people of color regain clear skin through their product line. Their main problem was not being able to run ads at all because of policy violations. If they got through those policy violations, the ads would not scale.

The Process

After a thorough audit as well as an account clean up, we've managed to clear up majority of the account violations with the help of a Facebook rep. After that was completed we started to run the ads.

Our main strategy was using results as the biggest selling point, but without breaking the before and after policy guideline. So here we implemented a mixture of happy customers who shot user generated content for us, mixed in with offers to the product to create a hybrid creative. After that was developed we setup the creatives, first person copy, and audiences for testing. We found great success with this new style of copy/creative and decided to initiate a scaling campaign.

The Solution

With the help of the scaling campaign we were able to generate over $10k in sales for the first month, and are continually hitting $20k & $30k months with the help of the scaling campaigns. Since they were not running ads before we started, we essentially increase their ROAS from 0 to 6x.

Imperial Tea

Imperial Tea is a premium tea company started almost 30 years ago, and family run. As a family run business, Imperial Tea has acquired a very loyal community of fans and customers. True tea connoisseurs shop at Imperial Tea, in part for the premium quality they offer, but also to continue connecting with the founders that lead tea tasting sessions and education. The entire Imperial Tea experience is unique. While the majority of their sales have been generated by their tea house in San Francisco, they have been trying to expand their online stores sales.

When Imperial Tea reached out to us, they were looking for a team of marketers that truly understand the boutique nature of their business. Unlike mainstream tea companies, Imperial Tea’s social media content had to lead with education in order to continue offering the same quality of service to their existing audience, while growing their community of premium tea lovers.

C4 Energy

Every brand wants to go viral on social media for the right reasons. We believe that’s not always up to luck. Rather it’s often up to proper audience alignment between the brand, the publisher content, and the audience.

In Q4 of 2020 we put together a series of placements with Barstool Sports on behalf of C4 Energy. The rate card for those particular placements promised slightly more than 750k views.

By working on nailing the audience alignment the campaign went immediately viral soaring past 9.5 Million views. A huge win coming into the competitive Black Friday weekend.
