The Challenge

Scale the acquisition of new customers to the brand. New customers are then targeted with monthly subscription offers to increase lifetime customer value.

Acquire new customers with a CPA of between £10-15.

Design and advertise a strategy to achieve this.

Aim to acquire an AOV of £65+ by promoting boxed cases of wine.

The Process

I was responsible for scaling the acquisition of new customers.

This was achieved through a social media advertising strategy which featured an initial offer to cold customers with creative and copy to promote benefits as opposed to features (customers are only interested in how the brand benefits them).


The brand is a low calorie alcohol alternative, we promoted this by highlighting reduced calories, carbs and sugar content.
