At Verizon, I held various roles that included Head of Multicultural marketing and Head of Sports Marketing. In these roles, I oversaw budgets as big as $50M and had teams of 22 and 10 direct reports.

My goal, when joining HiBob, was to lead all the paid activities for the company, and help the company achieve its growth goals.

kidpik is a well established kids' clothing brand that was looking for growth across as many digital marketing channels as possible. Facebook/Instagram Ads and Google Search Ads were launched, but needed optimization and additional channels were needed to grow.

Before selling on Amazon, Kappa was mainly focused on D2C via Shopify and brick & mortar retail locations. The pandemic changed everything and they needed to adjust their business and focus more on online sales.

I was tasked with the challenge of launching Kappa products on Amazon. This required me to develop a strategic plan to launch a brand on Amazon at the height of a pandemic. One of the main challenges that I faced was that Kappa products have a high price point and that doesn't always perform well on Amazon, especially in the clothing category.
