This Pilates studio has 2 in-person locations that generated over 7-figures annually. We were hired to bring more people in the door, keep existing members longer, evaluate their website and software tools, and transition a portion of their revenue to an online business when COVID-19 hit.
We started by evaluating their CRM and studio check-in tool to find areas we could automate new customer on-boarding, existing client nurturing, and automate tasks for the staff. We then created marketing campaigns that were seasonal and topical for their target customers. Most were carried out in-person rather than digitally by using their existing, local business contacts and partnering with them.
Once COVID-19 hit, we rapidly transitioned their entire business online. We incorporated Zoom meetings for online training sessions, created an online workout library, and developed classes spanning several weeks for clients to follow along at their own pace.
