The Challenge

Esteli had found success in selling at boutique retail locations and outdoor events. As the owner looked to scale up her customer acquisition she turned to digital as the next logical step. However the cost of acquiring a customer online was too high and prohibited the return numbers needed to sustain growth.

The Process

We had to take a top-down approach with Esteli, working with the founder to crystalize the why, the purpose for her brand into a clear and concise offering that would reach out across the screen and convince an online browser to take the next step and become a customer.

Once we had this statement really hammered out and agreed upon we built all of the brand's assets around this single concept. Website, copywriting, ad design, messaging, email, all crafted to communicate the true value of the brand.

With strong messaging assets in place we were able to turn around failing ad spend and create profitable growth.

The Honey Pot Energy and Art

This was a spiritual store with both a brick-and-mortar store (in Georgia) as well as an online store. Additionally, the client had a subscription box. The client wished to increase subscriptions to her monthly box as well as increase sales.

When we met the client, the lifetime value for the subscription box was low. It was underpriced and many people canceled after a month or 2. We worked to help increase the price and improve lifetime value with higher quality traffic.

The website was also confusing and disorganized. We helped to make the website organized and more user-friendly.

Last, we created a full-funnel to attract a cold audience and warm it up. Towards the end of our time with this client, we were able to convince them to trial a weekly sale (on Mondays) to improve average order value.
