This client in the local and online printing space was trying to shift from a local Los Angeles printing company to a national online printing service. They had a large, messy site that lacked optimization and direction. Their convoluted messaging and lack of focus was making it hard for them to make progress, in spite of extensive efforts on their own they were struggling to compete nationally.
I first worked with this client while working for an agency, where I was their Sr. Account Manager. We established a process that was working, although we were restricted by the agencies processes. After I left that agency and the client completed their contract, they sought me out to work with them personally. After several months of consulting we started working together again in earnest in August 2021 when I took over their digital marketing strategy. I first established a page optimization strategy, with extensive keyword research and refinement of their previous local focus. Secondly I created a content improvement and growth strategy, directing their small team of writers in page content improvements, both in quality and quantity. I have also contributed some content writing myself. We are currently beginning a backlinking effort to increase performance to some of their top product pages, while continuing with more page and content optimizations.

They wanted to promote one of their latest product for B2C
As all Branding campaign, the challenge was to get as much Reach as possible with a limited frequency (4-5), a low CPM and a good engagement.
Another challenge is to make all Ads accepted by Facebook...which is not always easy when it comes to social issues. Product was new and wanted to challenge the former bank system...
