The Challenge

LRS Systems was a newcomer to the Australian market, representing the US brand. 2-3 local providers dominated the national market for paging systems, commonly seen in pubs, clubs, restaurants and various other venues.

The Process

My role was to work on the marketing strategy with the founder, with my focus being on the inbound channels and his on the outbound.


The inbound strategy focused firstly on website development and driving traffic, initially with Google Ads, while our SEO strategy paid off in the longer term.
