In the beginning of our project the only challenge was the testing to see what worked for her accounts and the platforms we would be using. We use Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Throughout this trial and error process I was able to determine a good mix of what worked and what didn't. Once we were consistent for three months, we saw massive success.

We wanted to increase online visibility to promote physical visitors to the installation.

Infinity Canopy offers modular, slide-on-wire canopy shades designed to be beautiful and durable while also being easy to install and easy to modify. The shade systems can be used in residential or commercial spaces, though it is a much larger investment than a backyard sail shade or pop-up canopy. Targeting and educating the right consumers when search behavior tends towards broad queries had been a challenge for the brand. Covid presented a new round of challenges when every restaurant was looking to install or update shaded, outdoor seating.

The client organizes fun tournaments for college students around the US.

Their eCommerce store showcases various apparel products they sell to raise funds and support their operation. They asked us to build their automated email marketing flows from scratch and had ZERO revenue from email.

Challenges

1. Starting From Scratch: No reference to what exactly the client wanted.
2. No Clarity: The client has still not refined their messaging.
3. Fun & Entertaining: Copy has to be fun and entertaining to match the brand.
