Treasury Wine Estates is a multi-brand and multi-region wine company. I worked with the DTC business in the US to connect the consumer experience across its physical tasting room, website, subscription and phone sales channels. I was responsible for the functional roadmap for marketing and eCommerce DTC.

Upon starting new management for any new brand, I find that after an audit there are several key changes that need to be made including structure, creative, and targeting. This was the case for SITM. They sell crazy fun socks but they were targeting crew socks, knee high socks etc. Along with restructuring their campaigns,

The client wanted to reinvent their look and feel on their social media and online assets so that they could increase their brand awareness and secure more home decor, design, and build jobs.

They were receiving little to no traction on social media and had a very low click-through rate on their email marketing campaigns. They also did not have a list-building strategy in place, so they were constantly reaching out to a market that had already used their services.

The Physio Loft started has a small, one person clinic with dreams of expanding into a vibrant clinic employing multiple therapists. The clinic is located in Downtown Toronto where there are 2 large chains of clinics dominating the industry. It had been challenging for The Physio Loft, as a small clinic to grow their cliental in the industry.
