With Covid impacting the world and travel coming to a grinding halt, Karen suddenly found herself no longer being able to return to her country of residence to continue with her interior design business. This gave her the opportunity the embrace edesign and broaden her horizons through affiliate sales. To support her in this vision, we helped her create her Marketing approach and website.
We kicked off the project with n in-depth workshop to fully understand the company's positioning, customer base, service and vision.
Following this, we did a complete review of her existing website and communications. Based on this we created an end-to-end marketing strategy with a clear roadmap in terms of recommended channels and tactics, messaging and segmentation, media etc.
With the success of the initial project, our scope was expanded to include the actual development of the website.
