Client lost rankings to WebMD and other competitor pest control companies. Much of this was due to the website being slow, content which is not updated, and other issues.

Bark Square is an indoor dog park offering dog boarding, daycare, and grooming services. The brand approached us three weeks before launch, asking to make an impact in the community and generate a significant number of leads to reach their business plan objective in their opening quarter.
With the grand opening date nearing, we quickly began studying their business plan to identify which services would yield the best results when tied with digital advertising. We implemented lead generation campaigns across Google and Facebook to reach the surrounding community. We created captivating video/image ads, designed high converting landing pages, and tested various audiences on Facebook while targeting high intent search queries on Google.
Our client was able to generate over 100+ leads every month while reaching thousands in the surrounding county. In addition, their client acquisition process continues to improve, and they are on track to achieving the 7-figure mark.
The main challenges with working on this account were doing a complete overhaul of their creative direction and building a content structure that would help promote their application accurately. Understanding the product in-depth, and the best way that we could bring it to the eyes of their customer base and relevant users was also tricky. Finding original topics to help us build their social media and promoted content is something we have to deal with on a monthly basis as well. To keep things interesting for the users and for their unique community, we ensure a healthy content rotation and hyper relevant ideas.
What’s good for the user is good for search. The biggest challenge of the SEO audit for On One Studios (and all companies) is maintaining a customer-focused approach when optimizing.
Every action in the audit must answer the question: how does this help the user on your website? Each tweak needed to embody the core drive of the company.
We came up with a human-centric SEO strategy to guide my approach. The web audit was designed to address three critical issues:
Understanding the company’s core value proposition and drive.
Great tactics mean nothing without a proper guiding strategy. Before I started any optimization, I spoke with management on what constituted the company’s core drives. By understanding their unique selling proposition, I could write copy that reflected their goals.
Addressing website architecture problems with user-centric best practices.
The website needed to make sense to customers. From URL structure to homepage navigation, I needed to make sure each click on the website made it easy to get to a sale.
Identify competitor SEO strategies to implement off-page SEO tactics.
A key pillar of getting a site to rank is the number of backlinks pointing to it. I needed to create a comprehensive, white hat backlink strategy to boost the site’s domain authority. By looking at who our competitors were linked (and linking to), I got a sense of the types of backlinks I was looking for.
