PCS Software makes TMS (Transportation Management Software) used in the trucking industry. When I first started working with them, they had a Google Ads account, but no lead (conversion) tracking in place, so it was difficult to measure and optimize campaign performance. They also had no established KPIs or performance goals.
First, I had to create goals in Google Analytics and import them into the Google Ads account.
Next, I worked with the client to set a monthly budget and lead generation targets. Each month I would manage the ad account (optimizing bids, pausing poorly converting ads and keywords, etc.) so that lead generation was maximized as much as the ad budget would allow. I had bi-weekly calls with the client to review the results and receive client feedback.
Over the next few months, I continued to optimize the ad campaigns and as results improved the monthly ad budget was increased and is now over 4 times the original budget and the program was expanded to Microsoft (Bing Ads as well).

Corvex came to us with a goal of launching a new mobile product in their mobile application. Corvex sells a software application that frontline workers can use on their iPads or Android/Mobile devices when at the workplace, in either a food processing plant or assembly line type factory. The goal of the application is to safely track frontline workers at the workplace and give them the Corvex Connected solution that helps each employee and their teams stay safe, agile and flexible with real-time data and checklists. This was launching right at the height of COVID-19 and became very intriguing to many businesses looking for quick solutions to keep their workers employed, but at a safe "6-feet apart" distance.
Give a Home Foundation is a project very close to my heart. With the homelessness issue rapidly increasing in South Africa during the COVID pandemic, myself and my co-founders of the foundation wanted to make a difference. I developed a marketing strategy to help the foundation raise funds for this important cause. "Stay at home the world has been saying... but where do you go when you do not have a home."
