It's a newly launched service for a very small niche, ran entirely solo. The biggest difficulty is how to maintain the service relevant, so that it will gather a big enough volume of customers, while also staying true to the purpose of the product.

Hayward is a global manufacturer and supplier of pool equipment. Their goal was to raise awareness and drive participation in their Dealer Program with pool retailers and contractors while at the same time drive consumer sales through their dealers across Canada. 

Managed their Google Ads and Amazon ads accounts. Google performed well for them. We were able to drive revenue at about a 600-800% ROAS depending on seasonality. Toward the holidays, we could really ramp up and even see higher ROAS.

Overall, they were happy w/ performance but unfortunately had to cut budgets in late 2020 due to covid/supply chain issues.

The main challenge of a big retailer is Black Friday. Besides a great amount of planning time, it needs a very careful attention to the real time data that is coming from the purchases. The campaign structure is quite a bit different with the products with the best promotions highlited and requires to be on duty overnight.
