ProFlowers (eCommerce)
- Increased affiliate revenue by 9.9x YOY ($28,262.77 in rev 2019 VS $281,232.49 in rev 2020 during the highest spending month (Feb 2020)) while maintaining a 42% margin on a 30% goal.
- With this merchant, I optimized bidding on a device and keyword level and while meticulously checking on the search terms report to pull out irrelevant keywords and cut bad spend. The biggest issue this merchant had YOY was not bidding into the maximum amount of impression share to dominate the space. Increasing impression share dramatically, allowed me to 10x revenue while maintaining a higher margin than the goal. I also made slight on-page CRO optimizations that helped with conversion rates, including helping select the offer the merchant was running during high volume times.
