Having taken them over prior to the Covid-19 pandemic and the restrictions that this imposed, our challenge became even starker. Despite this we were able to secure full bookings on rooms and the restaurant consistently when restrictions were lifted. We increased their overall bookings by 151% and improved ROI on Paid Campaigns by more than 200%.

The Challenge

Summergrove Halls are a hotel and restaurant based in Cumbria. They had used various other channels in the past to try and drive growth of both room and restaurant bookings but found all were unsuccessful. Summergrove Halls' challenge was their location, whilst adjacent to the Lake District was too far to be a viable selling point and the hotel was functional rather than boutique or luxury. They had a niche audience of walkers, people working on nearby projects and people visiting the nearby hospital.

The Process

We worked with Summergrove on their SEO & PPC primarily, whilst providing them support on social platforms with consultancy calls. Our focus was on driving profitable bookings to the business through SEO & PPC and using social media to drive awareness and improve their brand image which had been neglected.

We used our bespoke technology - our Captivise suite - to manage campaigns to Target Cost per Acquisition. This allowed us to make thousands of daily changes to campaigns given them the granular and specific focus they needed to be successful and to overcome a challenging, competitive market. As part of this, we used Keystone for long-tail keyword research, we used Forager to analyse language to find low and high value words, Metronome for specific time of day and day of week bidding. All of these technologies are unique to novi.digital and alongside our expert team, provide a process that has allowed us to improve our clients' ROI and dramatically increase revenues.

The Solution

Having taken them over prior to the Covid-19 pandemic and the restrictions that this imposed, our challenge became even starker. Despite this we were able to secure full bookings on rooms and the restaurant consistently when restrictions were lifted. We increased their overall bookings by 151% and improved ROI on Paid Campaigns by more than 200%.

St Paul Kelowna

The condo developer wanted to quickly sell an ambitious condo unit project in downtown Kelowna. Due to a small sales team, we had to refine our audiences carefully to create the most efficient marketing program to leverage the realtor's time on the most ready-to-buy prospects.

We took over the account from another agency, so we had clear benchmarks to beat. This proved to be a testament to our deep understanding of Canadian real estate and technology. As we shattered their previous performance and sold out the building in under 1 year.

GruvTowl

Gruvtowl (Groove-Towel)  was a new product entering a golfing market full of big, established brands. The product (a golf towel with integrated brush) was innovative and well designed, but entering a category with no direct competitor meant there was no established product to pitch against.

The marketing budget was modest and the stakes were high – the client had to prove the product worked and deliver fast sales to fund future investment.
