They have a rich history but they were in need of some updates to the property. They liked to focus mostly on their brand and status, that they thought that alone would keep them top of mind. Their price point was much higher than a Marriott or other chain hotel.
Research relevant keywords and competitors. Build out campaigns and monitor performance. Constantly test ad copy and location targeting to better performance and increase ROAS. Implemented SEO on their site to help with their SERP rankings.
I increased their ROAS from a 4-1 to a 7-1.
