Taylor Lane is an organic coffee brand with a very strong local presence in Sonoma County in Northern California. When I started working with Taylor Lane they had a very minimal email marketing program set up, with a few basic automations that were underperforming and sporadic campaigns that were far from their potential.
Using Klaviyo, I developed a new base email template that was more reflective of their brand and personality, a set of key automations that were optimized for peak performance, a campaign strategy that would help to engage and retain their loyal customer base, and an ongoing optimization strategy that helped us to use data to inform messaging and testing choices.

Michelle was approached by a fintech B2B SaaS company to scale their paid growth marketing efforts. Through a careful data-driven approach, Michelle experimented with multiple paid channels and identified the most promising channel based upon the Cost of Acquisition (CAC).

I worked with Circle specifically on affiliate partnership projects, email marketing campaigns, and online event management. As worthwhile as the experience was to assist Circle with these tasks, I still (like many) faced a few challenges.
One of those unique challenges was ongoing communication and consistent alignment when it came to back-to-back online events that took place throughout the Fall 2022 season. This caused a level of organization and attention to detail needed to sustain the work to make multiple online events successfully happen simultaneously. Because of that challenge, I learned to leverage putting structure and automated systems into place in order to carry out each task to ensure a smooth client and event attendee experience.
