The sales team needed sales documentation to help the client followup and response time between different meetings. They also needed digestible content that they could use in large enterprise meetings.
I worked closely with their head of sales to figure out the first set of content and sales enablement needs for large enterprise accounts. I then worked to create two types of case study and product case studies that could be used as follow-up or within meetings.

This client came to me because the weren't seeing conversion coming from the ads, and the structure of the campaigns was "very confusing". There were keywords buried within campaigns with hundreds of ad groups, that didn't get a chance to perform or see the light of day. In short, the structure was all messed up.
For Singapore Grand Prix, the tickets always sell out, but the challenge was to sell out as soon as possible, by targeting and reaching those who are more likely to purchase the tickets. This required optimizing the media channels and targeting in order to increase online transactions and reducing the cost per transaction.
This account was struggling with shopping before we took over, but once we got the feed cleaned up and a better structure in place, we were able to scale shopping revenue by over 5000% YOY. We were also able to improve the account's overall ROAS by over 60% YOY. This had a huge impact on their business and ultimately allowed them to grow more.
