When I started with TopResume, they had multiple consultants running several Google Ads accounts across a few domains. I consolidated all of their efforts into one to create consistency and a much easier and scalable operation.
As the lone operator in these accounts, I started with an audit to understand what the company was currently doing and where there were gaps it their approach. I then took a deliberate approach and rebuilt all of their campaigns and tracking in a way that did not lose any history, relevance, or create any short term loss in their revenue.
