As far as social media, their LinkedIn followers went up 29%, reactions up 45%, clicks up 55%, and shares up 120%. On Twitter, before April '19 they averaged 11 tweets a month with about 4,000 impressions. By December '19 they averaged 30 tweets a month at about 14,000 impressions.

They had used various other channels in the past to try and drive growth of both room and restaurant bookings but found all were unsuccessful.
