With over half a million registered users from all over the globe, we ensure language will never prevent you from using our service. Currently, we provide customer support in 10 different languages, including English, Japanese, Spanish, French, Chinese (Traditional/Simplified), Russian, Ukrainian, Vietnamese, and Malay. Our customer service team is always happy to help you with any issues you might have!

The Challenge   

On any given day, I am to keep a team of more than 10 people from different countries, cultures, and languages on-brand to delivering the message and the image that the company wishes to keep. The biggest challenge is keeping the brand message delivered in a consistent manner while ensuring that each different region feels addressed directly, in a frank and sincere brand voice.
