Zingg was an interesting client as they are entering the food and other goods delivery space in Pakistan. As most countries, the food delivery space is becoming increasingly competitive, but this held it's own challenges as Pakistani delivery services aren't always the most trustworthy, creating a predefined notion of the company even before any marketing.
Our focus with Zingg was on their marketing strategy. This included deep research to understand the different target audiences in the Pakistani market, developing key messaging that would resonate with them despite the challenges, branding to align the company with it's targets, and a marketing plan to efficiently and effectively use app based channels.

Andrea joined Fellow as the Director of DTC eCommerce - a Series B, coffee gear startup in San Francisco. She led the eCommerce B2C business, responsible for the P&L, eCommerce marketing and website product roadmap.
When she joined, the team has experienced some success with the first year of the pandemic, due to people investing in their home coffee brew bar. The challenges she faced were: there was no eCommerce team, no growth strategy, limited resources and budget, few business processes + low cross-team cohesion.
This was a spiritual store with both a brick-and-mortar store (in Georgia) as well as an online store. Additionally, the client had a subscription box. The client wished to increase subscriptions to her monthly box as well as increase sales.
When we met the client, the lifetime value for the subscription box was low. It was underpriced and many people canceled after a month or 2. We worked to help increase the price and improve lifetime value with higher quality traffic.
The website was also confusing and disorganized. We helped to make the website organized and more user-friendly.
Last, we created a full-funnel to attract a cold audience and warm it up. Towards the end of our time with this client, we were able to convince them to trial a weekly sale (on Mondays) to improve average order value.
