James McNeal Director of Sales & B2B Marketing at Adia US
Adia is a global leader in on-demand staffing and workforce planning. Total queries around ‘on-demand staffing’ have been steadily on the rise, and as a result Google had modified its platform policies around employment in personalized ads. The challenge was to assist Adia in capturing this increased search demand, while maintaining proper compliance within Google’s changing regulatory landscape.
After evaluating the policy closely and leveraging support across Google’s internal channels, we determined exactly what was necessary for each individual staffing industry (retail, supply chain, cleaning, ect.) to be compliant with Google ads. This meant review our targeting, ad copy and landing page experience to ensure full compliance. Through this approach, we were able to craft a strategy that enabled our ads to run in full compliance across all categories.

Kristi Hyson's #1 goal was to increase the quality of her leads. In a highly competitive real estate marketing, Kristi Hyson knew that their current service provider was not providing the quality of leads she knew could be attained from Google Ads. She wanted to see a more engaged user by way of a higher click-through rate (CTR), a decrease in her CPC (cost-per-click) and an increase in conversions along with the conversion rate.
The customer's main challenge was not being able to deliver a profitable ROAS on Facebook and Instagram, despite their core audiences being present there, especially on Instagram. There was a lot of engagement that did not result in sales.
Their ROAS was stuck at around 50% (0.5 : 1).
Of note, the Northern Hemisphere was heading into spring, which is their busiest time, with 90% of their sales coming from the US, Europe and the Middle East, so it was important to see results very quickly.
