The Challenge

Art of Self Healing is a start-up company that was facing challenges growing their following organically on Instagram. They wanted to improve their engagement and brand awareness and build a community of people who were passionate about self development and wellness.

The Process

My role as Art of Self Healing's social media marketing manager and content strategist was to create content that attracted their ideal audience and to turn profile views into followers.


The goal was to create educational and inspiring content that sparked an emotional reaction with their ideal audience.


Before creating any content, I did extensive reach on their market, competitive analysis and a SWOT analysis. After the research I conducted, I dove into creating their strategy and action plan.


After the strategy and action plan was complete, and the client approved of the plan, I began to create all their content from scratch including graphics and impactful written captions.

I worked with Circle specifically on affiliate partnership projects, email marketing campaigns, and online event management. As worthwhile as the experience was to assist Circle with these tasks, I still (like many) faced a few challenges.


One of those unique challenges was ongoing communication and consistent alignment when it came to back-to-back online events that took place throughout the Fall 2022 season. We take the time to build up traction through PR/Facebook/Google at low spend keeping ROAS at cash flow positive. Working closely with the founder to build amazing creative content to push as content is king.


As thing progressed we scale from $0 revenue to $100k/month today just on DTC alone (excluding retailer). Marketing spend went from $25/day to $500/day.


While in July 2021-now most brand who ran on FB/IG has issue with iOS 14.5 - we are scaling and growing due to our preparedness with the right content and marketing strategy in place to make it works.

Take over digital marketing efforts, mainly Google CPC and social ads, and get account performance back to historic levels. CBD had experienced serious revenue issues after launching a new website. Total sales through digital were down 40% YoY, mainly stemming from digital channels and SEO.


We took over Google Ads and social ads, within 3 months account performance leveled off instead of falling weekly. In 6 months we were getting revenue not seen in over 12 months.
