This client is a food card and food manager course and testing provider. They help restaurant employees and managers gain the proper credentials they need to follow state and city guidelines. They offer both online and in-person classes and testing.

We faced several challenges.

• They target restaurant employees and we were in the middle of a pandemic
• The user experience of the website was not optimal
• We were unable to track adds to cart, abandoned carts or anyone who started the purchase without completing it.

Our goals were to increase the number of sales and raise revenue while decreasing their CPA and CPC.

One challenging project was working on Rue La La’s exclusive “Madison Avenue” boutiques where vintage Chanel and other very high-end clothing and accessories were sold on our website. Some items were sold for upwards of $10K and they were final sale, unable to be returned. So, writing product descriptions that were accurate and extremely descriptive was imperative. I strengthened my attention-to-detail skill set in this role.

Roundtree is a luxury accommodation and quintessential East Hampton getaway on Long Island. We drove bookings and reservations measuring overall total business sales and traffic. Our goal was to ensure The Roundtree is booked outside of the Hamptons busiest times of Summer.
