This is a weight loss product that was entering a competitive market. Our unique challenge was being able to demonstrate that the product worked since the science behind it occurs on the inside of the stomach and we had no way of showing this in real-time.

Given too much variance in ability of product marketing teams throughout the company, Wiley wanted to build and in-house agency of marketing specialists, who would partner with product marketers on all high revenue earning products (ranging from $250K annual to $50M+) to ensure successful outcomes.

I was brought in to build and lead this global team, and my challenge was to build out the proper processes, communication, measurement, and reporting, as well as get buy-in from global product teams who were not all thrilled with having some of their autonomy taken away.

Chef Jordan Andino is an up and coming personality and chef based in NYC. His appearances range from his own show on The Cooking Channel, Late Nite Eats, to the Food Network’s Chopped, The Kitchen and online platforms like Tastemade. Before the success, Chef Jordan was trying to juggle his own social media marketing, before we started working with him. 

The challenge was differentiating American Eagle Outfitters from its competitors in the teen specialty retail space as well as keeping all social media channels fresh and unique to increase followers, engagement and traffic to the website.
